The city of Dakhla, Morocco, will once again shine on the global stage as it hosts the “15th Prince Moulay El Hassan” Dakhla Kite Surf Championship from October 6 to 12, 2025. Held under the High Patronage of King Mohammed VI, this annual event has established Dakhla as the capital of kite surfing and water sports in Morocco.

International Kite Surf Competition in Morocco

The Dakhla Kite Surf 2025 edition will gather more than 50 elite riders from around the world, including champions from Australia, Italy, France, Brazil, Switzerland, Germany, Cape Verde, and Morocco. The competition begins with a national stage, where Morocco’s top athletes showcase their talent, before leading into the international finals from October 8 to 12.
